Our Process in issuing proposals

We will gather pertinent information from you
regarding the scope of service, and basic
information.

We will then issue a proposal for service which
gives you a price quote for the services you
have requested.

If the proposal is acceptable to you, we will
request a site visit. During the visit we will make
observations about the property and may
reccomend additional services. This is
commonly reffered to as a "Risk Assesment",
and it is at no charge.

We will submit our risk assesment for you to
consider. Should you decide to stay with only
your requested service that is your option.

We will then submit a contract for you to review.
Our contract terms and payment terms are
flexible.

We start service on your desired start date.
